Chips are now the key for progress and competition

Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang opened the floodgates sharing all the latest news regarding the chip race and it’s impact on AI. If you haven’t heard yet, Nvidia is on their way to a $1 Trillion valuation thanks to the rapid rise of AI and the crucial role they have been playing in scaling LLM to meet the rising demand.

We are kind of at a critical stage where chip shortages are impacting development around the globe. The smaller startups are the ones being impacted the most, but the shortage is felt across the board.

They are now starting to build computers with transformers built in. We are now going to start seeing more personal servers being built to bring graphics/video production through AI down to the consumer level much like custom-built gaming computers have been in the past.

Gaming computers are also getting more powerful themselves with AI starting to introduce a whole new level of complexity to the games and graphics.

Leonardo.ai - Generative AI specifically for video game assets allowing you to use an existing model or train your own model to create game assets with a consistent look and feel.

CoachVox.ai - Create an AI version of yourself to augment your coaching or training program. Justin Brooke projected this would happen several months ago to the coaching industry. This is one the first I have seen specifically going after that industry. This has the potential of helping scale coaching programs without adding physical coaches and could be a good way to implement consistent training that leads to better results. It will be interesting to see how this progresses.

A glimpse at the future of file management
